MTI Agents Program
MTI Agents, a division of Millstream Travel, Inc., acts as a host agency for individuals, or businesses, allowing them to eliminate such agency operating cost as rent, GDS fees, insurance, accounting, accreditation requirements, bonding requirements, franchise fees and other hidden cost. At MTI we handle the agency operations so that you, the home-based agent, can concentrate on selling travel.
Our mission at MTI Agents is to provide our home-based agents with the support, expertise and technology that will lead to their success.
MTI Agents offers their home-based agents:
- Access to Amadeus or Galileo at no cost to the home-based agent. We have no start-up fee, no monthly charge, no productivity or booking requirements and charge no transaction fee.
- Our compensation package is very easy to administer and very rewarding. We pay you up to 85% of the commissions received on the business booked by you.
- Commissions are paid twice monthly.
- MTI Agents charges a service fee of $7.00 per airline ticket issued. If you charge a higher service fee, the difference is remitted to you. Should you elect to waive a service fee, you will be billed $7.00 for each airline ticket issued for you.
- We provide $2,000,000 of Errors and Omissions blanket insurance coverage.
- IATAN cards are available for qualified agents.
- Our staff, not computers, will provide you with the necessary support and will respond to your questions promptly.
Our association with Travel Leaders, formerly Carlson Wagonlit Travel, provides you with flexible travel programs, the latest in innovative technology, a comprehensive training program and the global negotiating power that insures you receive the higheset commissions available.
