Compensation

As an Independent Contractor of MTI Agents you will receive 90% of the commissions earned on all sales of travel and travel related services originated by you.  It is understood that any and all expenses related to such sales shall be borne by you, unless agreed to in writing and signed by both parties to this agreement.

For those agents using a GDS system provided by MTI Agents a fee of $7 per ticket will be charged for each ticket issued on an airline paying zero commission.  If you charge your client a service fee greater than $7 the difference will be returned to you.  If you elect to waive a service fee charge MTI Agents will invoice you a $7 charge for every non-commission airline ticket issued using one of our GDS systems.

Commissions are paid every two (2) weeks.  MTI Agents will provide you with a detailed statement of the commissions received as well as any expenses associated with those sales included in the statement.
